Step 1: Prep The Lips Properly

The q-tip will help remove the excess product and make sure the lips are exfoliated properly. For added moisture, use a lip primer and spread it evenly. The lip primer can also help keep the lipstick longer. For matte lipsticks, applying a lip primer will help protect the lips from dryness.
Step 2: Draw The Outline Of A Cupid’s Bow
